Posh & Polished Nail Lounge is a service business, so we don’t offer any refunds on services. If there was an issue with your service, please let us know and we will be glad to fix it within the first 3 days.
No Show 35% of Service is Charged
Posh & Polished Nail Lounge requires a 24-hour cancellation notice and failure to not show up for your appointment or give notice results in 35% service charge. We give a 15 min late courtesy to all customers but out of respect the following appointment time anything over 15 minutes is considered a no show. We are trying to be respectful of everyone’s time and we thank you for understanding.
Refusal of Service
Posh & Polished Nail Lounge regrets to inform you that we cannot continue to perform your service if there are signs that a fungal infection is starting or has already occurred. To maintain a hygienic environment and adhere to State Regulation § 984, we cannot work on clients who may have the infection as the infection can easily spread. It is recommended that you consult with a doctor to ensure the proper care is taken. The staff at Posh and Polished are more than happy to have you back once it is all cleared up. Thank you very much for respecting our policy and we hope to service you soon!
Posh & Polished Nail Lounge gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
